      A wonderful organisation with a plethora of opportunities

      Pros

      If you work hard, the opportunities are there. Working in Talent Acquisition for over 6 years I've seen the careers of hundreds grow. The company works with a view of filling positions with internal staff before going to the open market - once you're in, you're very much looked after.

      Cons

      Sometimes the organisation works at such a pace this can be too much for people that aren't pacey. For those that love spinning many plates your time here will be fun.

      Pros

      Decent job Good pay Some are great managers (I personally had the best manager ever, reason why I lasted) You learn a bit in the beginning, then it turns into routine (which for folks it is positive) 401K is OK Health, vision and dental insurance are OK (but could be better)

      Cons

      Not well at work/life balance (on-call hours/duties are way above average) Management positions are not very attractive (on-call duties as well) Work-in-office culture (but slowly changing due to the pandemic) Not all managers are so great (like in any place I should say) Not using latest technologies/trends Limited career opportunities No real performance bonus (there's a yearly program but it is not what you would expect so don't get your hopes high)
