      promotions given to those who do not deserve them, long term workers are stuck in their positions. no room for advancement senior employees taken advantage of every single time,

      Pros

      Formally XPOLogistics, now GXO Logistics was contracted by Google to provide service to the customer’s needs. I loved working with the Google employees (aka googlers) I was responsible for delivering them parts for service repairs and also power supply equipment management. I had many responsibilities working in the kitting department for the last three years of my employment. Keeping inventory of the pharmacies for both HWOPS and DCOPS.

      Cons

      Employees were often given their positions due to lack of resources or responsibility management issues. There was often favoritism with employees who had been there for a long period of time over employees who worked hard for their improvements and training.
