      If you want to be unhappy and be under constant scrutiny, then GXO Logistics is your place!!

      Cons

      I currently work there. It's a negative hostile work environment. You might slit your wrists, or cry everyday at the environment. We just lost another CSR. She was good, but she spoke up for herself.

      Good pay, Lacking Culture

      Pros

      Pay starts decent with everyone making at least $20/hr+ Reliable 40hr weeks most of the year, sometimes more but never less (unless you take VTO on slow season)

      Cons

      Not very focused on employee engagement, LOW PTO accrual rate, extremely strict clock in policy with no buffer - 1 minute late is punished the same as 3hours. It doesn't seem like people are ever treated as anything other than a number/warm body. All admin/HR are either are overseas or work at different locations cities apart.
