Pros

Good pay. Overtime offered. Easy job. Love the schedule. Rotating 3-12hr and 4-12hr shifts. If all shifts worked as scheduled, 4-5 Hours of OT on every check. 3 breaks, and an hour lunch. There’s always something to do to keep busy. 12 hours goes by fast most days. Love my department.

Cons

The environment can definitely improve, but every job has their cons. I feel like if you have good work ethic and good morals, you shouldn’t have any problems. And if you do, find someone trust worthy to support you through whatever you’re dealing with, and just give it a chance or stick around as long as your mental will allow you, because every job has cons, but the way I see it… The environment will constantly change, depending on your coworkers and leaders. Eventually bad apples fall. No need to gossip or be a part of it, just show up and do the best YOU CAN. :)
