The pay is decent for the area.

Cons

It’s bad when managers secretly complain about each other but rather than addressing the issues, they just ignore them. There is no proper training and there is no reward for giving your all. They are so desperate for workers that they won’t do anything about no call no shows or or people consistently showing up late. That place can be ran better by a group of middle schoolers compared to the leadership there

Good pay, great benefits and good overtime

Cons

They hire any type of management with lack of skills, they abuse their employees, the only way to get a higher position is to sleep with supervisors, management and HR knowing about it. It’s not a great place to work for. Mentally they will drain you and this company for sure don’t protect you or follow the work laws. Bullying, harassment, physical abuse is accepted here and if you make a complaint they will retaliate against you. Not worth the time

Cons

no training no communication micromanagement EXTREME FAVOURITISM women get mistreated, especially pregnant women too angry to continue. this job made my life a living hell.
