Pros
The higher-ups were very knowledgeable and helpful when they came into town. I definitely felt supported by them and respected as I gave details on performance and nuances of our site. Severance package has been better than anything I expected.
Cons
We'd have multiple positions go months without being filled. HR prevented me from actually doing my job, but that only matters if your performance isn't affected. When the site closed, I wanted to stay with GXO, but the slow process with HR left me waiting, unemployed.
