      Pays Well but managers are a shame

      Pros

      Good pay, decent benefits. I worked at another company and GXO took over. I knew a lot and they were able to work with my school schedule (it was their advantage as well because I did the weekend shift).

      Cons

      Point system( not terribly bad). The worst thing was my manager. He literary barely did anything. LOL No coaching (which is a plus) ! But no training didn't feel like learning, didn't take any action. Most selfish manager i ever had. He wasn't rude but he was always the first one to eat if the company ordered food, and didn't take care of his staff. Also HR is almost completely unresponsive.
