Worked night shifts and this allowed me to get specific duties accomplished as the business dictated.

Cons

The overall wages of personnel under my direction was too low. Because of the low wages, the personnel brought in by temp agencies were inefficient at their jobs. Poor attendance by temporary personnel and this made the daily responsibilities more difficult to complete.

All Associates are paid weekly

Cons

Associates that come off the street are paid more than Associates that are promoted. Hourly Associates get quarterly bonuses however salary Associates have to be recommended for a bonus. Even when COVID was around the bonus to come to work was only for hourly Assocaites. Bottom line GXO does not treat their lower Management fairly or as they are appreciated.
