Burnt out quickly

Pros

Sign on bonuses and quarterly incentives are decent Job security PTO is pretty good

Cons

The warehouse doesn’t shut down meaning employees have to work holidays There are a lot of training gaps, leaving new employees frustrated Overtime is mandated nearly every weekend for some departments, forcing employees to work 50+ hours a week Upper management tries to micro manage our time down to where we have to clock in/out (but then schedules ridiculous amounts of MOT)

Immediate leader and team coach new hires and promote team environment Great people and leaders below senior executives Internal systems support HR functions well Pandemic response were outstanding for employee safety Employee survey annually

Cons

Senior leadership changes after XPO spin off Decentralization of core business groups created silo effect and stifles collaboration Training is generic and no longer supply chain focused Pay does not keep up with industry Performance based annual merit increases are consistently in low to moderate single percentage for leaders and remained the same throughout pandemic
