Great training program, family friendly company, and compensation.
Cons
Culture gets lost in the constant changes in day to day operations. Direct Regional Managers cannot be as responsive as they should on very important issues thus delaying handling important issues in the resident and assets best interest. Mission statement "Taking Care of the Way People Live" is dying out with technology replacing person to person contact and interaction.
