Onsite training and development is entirely dependent upon the onsite managment. If you have a manager who has quit caring, you are not likely to learn well or advance. If your manager is on top of his/her game, the possibilites are very strong that you will succeed quickly in advancing.

So large and detached from day to day employees policies and expectations are unrealistic . This detachment generates a high turnover in staff leaving remaining team members responsible for even more work. Lack of senior managment interaction with properties and their work output. The senior staff as with many companies focus on bottom line at the expense of the health and well being of their most diligent over worked employees. It is a shame as the company has the right idea but even winning all the highest awards or being first they always want more on the backs of their employees with no true employee interaction.
