Pros

Good bonus structure, most money is based on bonuses made. The training offered is amazing, they do set you up for success with the trainings provided. If you are open to learning, you will take on a lot of great things from training. Inclusivity and diversity are a big factor for this employer as well, everyone feels accepted no matter preferences, background or ethnicity.

Cons

Not enough work/home balance. Low pay.
