Okay company to work for, as long as you don't plan on spending the rest of your career there

-They have lots of fun events for employees, such as the spotlight awards -You can use the apartment amenities -The job itself is relatively easy

Cons

-While at first management seems like it is invested in you, in the long run they only watch out for themselves -Low pay -Lots of managers don't get the right training so they don't know how to properly manage a team -Upper management is not very transparent -Instead of rewarding top performers, they just set unrealistic expectations

Pros

Discount on rent. Women run organization. Great locations make it easy to sell apartments. Most of the apartment building are newer and very beautiful.

Cons

No room for growth. Managers do not support their staff. Upper management has favorites. A few bad apples are spoiling the bunch.
