Pros
-Great culture and inclusivity -Depending on what market you are in, there is potential for growth if you’re willing to put the effort and determination -good pay/commissions when comparing to competitors -good benefits (insurance, 401k, health program, rental discount, sabbatical program, etc.)
Cons
-the rental discount is minimum, but I know this is something they have been trying to work on. -with role changes, sales associates and sales managers feel a little lost with their career path.
