- Benefits are great, not just the medical etc but additional programs and events - Overall well managed. High standard for employee and resident experiences. - Competitive pay, bonus opportunities are generous and achievable.

Cons

- Moving up takes a while, no matter your position. Regional managers see a lot of turnover/ shifting in recent years. - Corporate politics do trickle down and affect operations - You have to be adamant about change you want to see/need to happen. Anything less than that will be forgotten.
