Pros

Holiday parties and company events were decent because it's an easy way to get a day off.

Cons

management is very odd. when people called HR they were bribed with food, coffee, and a day off. will try to get you blackballed from working with other PM companies; the open-door policy is just for show, it's not honored. they have a hard time promoting within the company but will train someone completely new.
