      Pros

      Good Locations available, Stable job, Some Great residents

      Cons

      No bonus, No commission been with gables almost a year turned a horrible property into 0 work orders fix it up No Bonus No positive words from Upper management Team turnover is crazy, they have potential but plenty of better companies out there in my opinion left my last company an assistant and they took the title away here so I’m not a regular tech doing More office work on top of tech work. No raise not a great place to grow either I got a 5$ bonus once last company would get 200$- 500$ end of each month thought this would be somewhat better

      I absolutely love Gables! The culture was great and there was room to grow and learn. They love working with you to become the best person you can be.

      Closed on Sundays. Bonus Structure

      Cons

      No growth opportunities ACM Positions have been eliminated Property managers are hired from outside the company; consequently leaving LPs no room for advancement. Upper management is simply out of touch with reality. There is no room for advancement for minorities. All Leadership levels have no persons of color holding ANY position. The company does not invest in associates growth or development. The regions leadership team consists of two persons who are close friends. You are absolutely disposable as an employee. Extremely low pay. Its 2021. Your employees can barely afford rent with these high prices and small discount.
