Our goal on staying open late one day a week is for the benefit of our residents to allow for us to provide service around varying work schedules. I would encourage you to reach out to your Operations Vice President with additional feedback and data if you feel the extended hours are not in the best interest of the residents at your particular community so that they may consider whether adjustments should be made. We do ask that many of our associates make themselves available to work weekends in order to provide exceptional service to our residents.
