Pros

I been working with Gables Residential (full time) almost two years. Gables Residential is a great company! The company provides great benefits and amazing bonuses. I enjoyed my time working with the DC region. They truly took care of their employees.

Cons

Poor training. Only advice I recommend is more one-on-one training to help associates achieve their goals. Perhaps mentoring programs.

Pros

The benefits are amazing. There are a lot of opportunities for additional training and to earn bonuses. There are monthly and quarterly bonuses, which honestly make up for the VERY low pay rates.

Cons

What started out as a great company, soon became an awful company who discriminates and does everything they can to keep you where you are and not move up. They promote the ones who don't truly deserve it and take credit for other people's hard work. The discrimination I have experienced is disappointing and eye-opening. I truly wonder if the CEO has any idea her company isn't what she thinks...
