Gables is an outstanding company. The company has a culture of honoring it's employees and residents.

Pros

The culture is amazing. You feel valued as a person. Also the people are like family. Additionally, the recognition program and training are excellent. Much of the training is online. The benefits are above what I have seen at other companies and they have a long tenure sabbatical plan if you stay around. There is an open door policy at all levels as well. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Cons

The challenges are the same as with any company that deals heavily with people (even family has issues now and then). However, Gables has a regularly emailed survey that can be utilized to express concerns if an issue arises. The survey is anonymous and I have seen action take place if an issue arose that needed attention.
