Pros

The benefits are amazing. There are a lot of opportunities for additional training and to earn bonuses. There are monthly and quarterly bonuses, which honestly make up for the VERY low pay rates.

Cons

What started out as a great company, soon became an awful company who discriminates and does everything they can to keep you where you are and not move up. They promote the ones who don't truly deserve it and take credit for other people's hard work. The discrimination I have experienced is disappointing and eye-opening. I truly wonder if the CEO has any idea her company isn't what she thinks...

Pros

The only pro is meeting the very select few in the company you work with that are actually professional and nice.

Cons

Management is poor. The North Florida Region is a very poor representation of the company and what they stand for. Upper management does nothing, no support or positive feedback whatsoever. The lowest on the pay scale which is ironic because they want you to believe they are the best property management company to work for. Prove it. A live and learn experience for sure

The people at Gables are a pleasure to work with and make it enjoyable to come to work. I love the variety. Every day is different and I get to interact with such a varied groups/people. It means I am always learning. Amazing culture!

Cons

Associates in remote regions have limited opportunities.
