      Very disorganized, Maryland region

      Pros

      Great healthcare benefits, great training classes, weekends off for maintenance technicians.

      Cons

      Double work, double work always doing everyone's else job but none of your job responsibilities. Very disorganized in the whole Maryland region .

      Paid Holidays are always a plus but not when it is the best the company has to offer

      Cons

      Does not pay well in comparison to other property management companies Unfair in scheduling as well as rules Racist

      Great people...Feels Like Family! Benefits are good, opportunity to grow and overall wonderful working environment.

      There are no con's- This is the best company- team environment, great feedback. If you are patient, there is opportunity for growth.
