Good workplace, definitely depends on who you work with
Pros
The job itself is fairly easy to get the hang of if you are decent with details (I'm not, but I got the hang of it after two or three months). There are a lot of details to it, but once you've been in the position for 3 - 6 months you get the rhythm of it and don't have to ask for help as often. The job is enjoyable, basically being the customer service experience for on site residents and helping bring in new traffic to lease apartments. I started in the summer, so it was busier than it is now, but I would lease around 6-10 apartments per month at $75/lease.
Cons
There's a lot of gossiping and trash-talking in the workplace, but honestly I think that's just my specific apartment community and not a reflection of the company as a whole necessarily. You'll have to work weekends pretty regularly, but you'll get weekdays off the compensate, so you'll still be getting time off.
