The only con is there should be higher employer paid benefits.

Gables is the absolute worst property management company to work for. Upper management ( Vice Presidents and Regional Managers) act as if they care about their employees but they do not. They ignore the hard work that is done and look for reasons to fire people. And if an owner is really fond of an employee that yells, screams, and verbally assaults their co-workers, they turn a blind eye. It's a disgusting company and hope that they lose every management contract that they have.
