There is a lack of consistency with training. They do not train property manager's to be "Gables Property Managers." The true definition of “On the Job Training” as you must learn their various systems and processes as you go (I did not even receive a formal company orientation). Secondly, The process of property management can be overly complicated or overwhelming even for the most experienced property managers because of their various systems, rules, and procedures.
