      The business brought in people with energy and good ideas to make it better.

      Cons

      This business is in a downward spiral due to the CEO (Seth Tomasch). This business was successful for many years. This is year 2 of his inability to hit the goals he set and we all pay for it. You better smile and nod or you will be replaced with a "Seth hire" that does whatever they are told - poorly.
