nice shifts is the only disadvantages but you can climb for rotational shifts

Pros

Good Salary, Annual Increment will be more than standard, you can feel the space for you to work with and can explore your innovative ideas.. Good company to join and work.

Cons

Night shift is the only disadvantage, But you can climb for rotational shifts based on you projects

Pros

At one time they were doing interesting technical work and there were some good managers. People are nice, there was some effort to do some fun events for employees (despite executive management dis-interest)

Cons

Over the last few years most of the good technical staff and managers have left. There is no training or career development. Every non sales related position (meaning the staff that actually builds and supports the software) is considered replaceable.
