Sort of like boot camp

Pros

The job was like bootcamp so if you were only recently out of school you could learn a lot. The company offered paid overtime for a while as well, but doesn't any more.

Cons

For a veteran technologist this company has nothing to offer. The company has outsourced virtually all stateside positions and as they have done so they let the remaining staff suffer with low morale in a nearly empty office that used to have several dozen people. Every now and again one of us would be called into a meeting to be laid off over the course of a year and a half.
