Pros

1.Amazing work culture - The ratings you see on Glassdoor are spot on. 2.People are nice most of the time. A lot of them would go an extra mile to make you feel comfortable. 3.Transparent performance reviews. 4.No micromanagement at all. 5.A lot of goodies.

Cons

The only con is Work from Office. Gainsight as an organization is a fantastic brand and allowing employees to work remotely would make it much more attractive. In all seriousness, I would happily join Gainsight without even blinking.
