      Pros

      Gainsight has incredible leaders who believe in taking a human-first approach to managing our teams. As a CSM, I'm getting unmatched professional development opportunities. The people are incredible and the benefits & pay are very competitive, even against industry leaders.

      Cons

      Gainsight is growing fast and with fast growth, comes growing pains. With that said, leadership has shown a proactive approach to overcoming scaling challenges and ensuring our teams are not stretched thin through the growing customer base.

      Pros

      - Unlimited PTO, Monthly Recharge Day (I LOVE these days!) - Great health insurance that's almost free for employees - Great culture where people love their jobs but still prioritize work/life balance

      Cons

      - No 401k match - The unlimited PTO requires a mindset shift if you are used to a set number of days. You can end up taking less than you did before because you don't have a bank to "use up." Plenty of people take plenty of PTO, so it's great once you're used to it!

      Pros

      Gainsight does remote WELL and lives and breathes the values (they aren't just banners and posters on the walls) Very transparent org from top to bottom, constant communication So much support (especially being new to tech/SaaS) Robust tech stack of resources Brand recognition! GS is the CS LEADER Lots of dialogue and innovation to improve processes Great benefits (unlimited PTO!)

      Lower base salary for SDRs
