      1. Helpful team (managers and colleagues, all are always ready to guide.) 2. Plenty of challenges help grow as a professional. 3. Amazing work culture. 4. Recognition and appreciation of efforts. 5. Recharge holiday every month.

      Cons

      There are always some cons when an organisation is in a hyper-growth phase. However, the work culture, transparency, colleague-friendly policies, etc., makes up for everything.

      The Best Place You Will Ever Work

      Pros

      Where to even start!! The "Human-First" connections all employees make with you from the CEO down. They truly trust you in your role and will support you all the way. The company has AMAZING benefits, very very flexible time-off, and plenty of pockets of employees across the world that are able to get together and create micro-groups. This company proves not only you can be a human first in business but that you can actually enjoy what you do.

      I truthfully cannot find any cons with this company. I have never seen a company be so cohesive.

      Still thinks they are people first started pay high salaries support the manager and enjoy full year NO-work

      Cons

      work to get dissapointed manager doesnot like you, even god is a under performer HVPC is toxic and disrupting everything HR team is only for fancy titles and zero employee empathy
