      Pros

      Great culture and teammates. Some will go the extra mile to help while some won't which is normal Thoughtful CEO and leadership Amazing healthcare benefits and unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Intense workload... most has their main job and several side projects They need to hire more CSMs as they are burdened with too much work and have enough on their plates No 401k match Requiring CSAT exam seems to be more of a burden especially when trying to hire diverse talent

      Pros

      Flexibility is pretty much unbeatable and they really live by human first, which truly is a game changer in the workplace. Benefits are also top notch.

      Cons

      The acquisition has definitely shifted the sales environment to be much more focused on metrics and volume VS quality.
