Pros

The Architects, Leads and Developers are highly qualified. One will get good exposure to technical challenges and people try to help you at any point you are struck. Professionally you will get more to learn. Feel free to jump to other teams by talking to HR or higher management.

Cons

Management is not upto the mark. You might feel pressure to work under continuous scrutiny. Though people try to listen to you and help you if you are facing any challenges but it'll definitely affect your performance review - which is very much discouraging. Hence 3 stars

Pros

- Work from home forever - Product that has a real big need (Important if you are a part of any sales function) -Leaders in the Marketplace - Friendly coworkers who are there to help - Ability to explore other opportunities internally -No office drama or politics (at least none I'm aware of) - lunch, gym and internet stipend (remote) -Great Health Insurance

Cons

work - not really a con but the company is trying to launch into the moon. It hasn't caused me to work any excessive amount but I also put my work in every day.

Pros

-Everyone is nice. Like, really, haven't met anyone who isn't friendly, smart, and collaborative. -Purposeful work. The company really believes in its product. With the fast pace of growth and new opportunities with the acquisition by Vista, Gainsight is definitely not a boring place to work. -Great values. Values aren't just tokens here. People really embody the values and reference the values in everyday planning and discussions. -Company manages growth well. Gainsight has been intentional with onboarding and support for new teammates (e.g. sales bootcamp that is run every 3 weeks for sales folks), so the growth is fast but you don't feel overlooked or stretched too thin. -Option for job to be permanently remote. -Flexible work culture - I've been able to shift work hours to accommodate family visits, trips, etc. Managers really trust you as long as you communicate and do your job well.

Cons

None so far - loving this job and it's MUCH better than my last job!
