      Pros

      They prioritize their culture, provide direct access to the executive team, and have a lot of really enthusiastic and committed team members across the entire organization

      Cons

      Speaking only about my experience, but there has been a LOT of change happening in my part of the organization. We are hiring a ton to get more resources, but at times we're having folks stretch to handle a TON of stuff while we work to fill some gaps. Also, be ready to own your role. Usually in a good way (high trust / expectations), but it can be a challenge to those needing more exact direction and hand-holding at all times.

      Culture & Values Ample opportunities to develop expertise and grow with the company Work-life balance

      Constant changes can be a bit too much at times, and result in operational inefficiencies

      Amazing human first culture, supportive leadership who lead by example and keep their word, huge emphasis on recognition and showing appreciation, flexibility to allow for work/life balance!
