      1. You will be surrounded by good leader and advisors 2. All architect are very knowledgeable, so you will get good tech guidance 3. People will respect your suggestion and you freedom to implement it. 4. All teammates are humble and helpful. 5. Good place to grow, in terms of financial and technical. 6. Employee is first priority for them, they will make all afforts to prove it

      Cons

      1. If you really want to work and grow your career technically then no cons at all 2. Its not a place for them, who wants to work for 2-3 hrs and want to relax rest of the day
