      1) Good working atmosphere 2) teck stack is good. 3) goodies, anniversary gifts, Wednesday lunch, team lunch every quarter, annual fest. You will enjoy working here

      Pros

      I could go on and on about why Gainsight is the best place to work. They are truly "human first" and incorporate that into everything they do. Unlimited PTO and free health insurance! Managers are leaders who are willing to help you with anything you need. Everything that is done here is extremely transparent. They are also a remote-first company which gives the power to the employees. I've never been happier with any company than Gainsight.
