Pros

It's an employee friendly workplace where your work will be valued. The management and HR team team is superb at providing supported. During the lockdown due to the COVID-19 situation, I had to stay in hotel for 1 month and they made sure I was ok and had everything to do my work. Work-wise also its great. Although I would be leaving here due to some personal reason, but certainly I would recommend Gainsight based on my short, but, delightful experience. There are very few companies out there where an employee is valued above all. I really loved the way they maintain their core values. #SuccessForAll

Wednesday lunch, work life balance

Cons

No KT, discouraging manager, Manager comparing salaries of employees to demotivate, Manager saying that he do not trust employee, on employee's face.
