Pros

Good and Passionate Management, Excellent and passionate CEO, very humble and easily accessible CTO, Work is good, will get opportunity to learn lots of new things, Highly paced work environment, Lots of stuff in pantry to eat and drink, Frequent outings, You get to see lots of passionate and knowledgeable engineers who put every possible effort to make company great

Cons

I would say these are not cons, but few improvements which can make company great. Sometimes I don't understand the role of few mid level managers in the company, I don't see any creativity from them, please try to be little creative and proactive. There are lots and lots of very passionate people in engineering team, try to utilize their full capabilities. Compensation is good but not great (Please try to compete with great companies).

Pros

EXcellent CEO + CPO. Both share their vision and weekly updates which keeps the company moving. Please continue to share the good work.

Cons

IND management is not good at all. People are rude and do not do their jobs. HR is not upto the mark. ALways talks about plays and forces ppl to buy ticket. country head is also rude. i approached him multiple times bt he acted as if what a sin I have done. he screams on the floor. this is what made me part my ways from the company. during my exit, policies where not clear. god knows what kind of draw back they plan to employees to fail. all useless people siting in HR + recruitments.

Thanks for the feedback. Sales Development is a tough job, so its great to hear your positivity about your career at Gainsight. SDRs are such a critical part of what we do to win together. SDR and AE alignment is something we continually strive to get right, and we can improve further in this area. This is something we plan to address during our upcoming sales offsite and always welcome feedback on how we can improve. We also will be refreshing the AE/SDR partnership process in the coming weeks to put this item more into focus. Really appreciate the feedback.
