      Pros

      From top down, Gainsight does try its best to live their values. As an employee, you feel valued and appreciated. Mental wellness is also highly valued.

      Cons

      No on the ground HR representative for UK region. We utilise US HR team and resources.

      Pros

      The way things work here is just good! - there's an amazing work life balance, you can feel management care about your mental and physical health, especially during covid times - there's constant growth and learning as an individual and a company - great people with lots of knowledge - huge product - a lot of room for ideas and suggestions to improvement - great internal communication - a lot of room and encouragement for growth

      Cons

      i know it sounds unreliable but none that i can think of, i'm really super satisfied with this workplace
