Pros

I've never worked with a better group of people. From upper management on down, everyone is smart, passionate, and driven to help the company succeed. People are always willing to help even if something is outside their normal job description and everyone is open to new ideas on products, policies, and best practices. In any company, the people are the most important part of customer and employee satisfaction, and this company has it. The office has a ping pong table, a place to cut loose and play Xbox and Wii, a central area with plenty of snacks, and management orders in food for the team once a week. A generous time-off policy and better than average medical benefits add to the great culture.

Cons

Everyone is expected to be great at their job. There is so much opportunity to take it is up to the individual to make it happen. You can get guidance from others, but being a self starter and disciplined is extremely important.

Pros

1. Hardworking, Intelligent/brilliant and a committed team with every individual wanting to make a difference and contribute to company's success 2. Lots of team building and fun activities, Friday Lunches/movies 3. Flexible work hours and work/life balance 4. Humble colleagues & management 5. Promotes learning and innovation

Cons

1. With 4 plus years in business it is vital that the company starts building processes and adopting them. Processes don't necessarily slow down things all the time. We can still live by Gainsight Golden values and startup culture while adhering to processes 2. Need to fasten decision making
