Pros

The company fosters a culture of continuous learning, with regular training sessions and access to the latest tech tools. My team is incredibly supportive and collaborative, always willing to help each other out I feel valued by the company and have been given meaningful responsibilities to contribute to major projects I value the advice and help you provided. IT-director (India).

Cons

No company is perfect. While we grow, there are things that are evolving (updating technology, adding office space, formalizing procedures, etc.) that come along with any growing company. Its important to not get hung up on what's wrong but to focus on what is happening that is right and the progress in action (not just words) that support that. With this growth is an opportunity to define the future and the role you play in it. That mindset is rewarded at Perficient.
