Pros

Great culture and teammates. Some will go the extra mile to help while some won't which is normal Thoughtful CEO and leadership Amazing healthcare benefits and unlimited PTO

Cons

Intense workload... most has their main job and several side projects They need to hire more CSMs as they are burdened with too much work and have enough on their plates No 401k match Requiring CSAT exam seems to be more of a burden especially when trying to hire diverse talent

Pros

- Work from home forever - Product that has a real big need (Important if you are a part of any sales function) -Leaders in the Marketplace - Friendly coworkers who are there to help - Ability to explore other opportunities internally -No office drama or politics (at least none I'm aware of) - lunch, gym and internet stipend (remote) -Great Health Insurance

Cons

work - not really a con but the company is trying to launch into the moon. It hasn't caused me to work any excessive amount but I also put my work in every day.

Great company in an interesting and growing segment of B2B

Pros

They prioritize their culture, provide direct access to the executive team, and have a lot of really enthusiastic and committed team members across the entire organization

Cons

Speaking only about my experience, but there has been a LOT of change happening in my part of the organization. We are hiring a ton to get more resources, but at times we're having folks stretch to handle a TON of stuff while we work to fill some gaps. Also, be ready to own your role. Usually in a good way (high trust / expectations), but it can be a challenge to those needing more exact direction and hand-holding at all times.
