      Pros

      Very cool culture, super fun and energetic. Great resources and tech stack for your day-to-day AE activities. Excellent products. Experienced and supportive leadership.

      Cons

      Super competitive market as you move down from Enterprise size businesses into SMB, with a pretty poor market perception to overcome. No consistent training structure, so great opportunity for an established AE, but with challenges if you are less experienced.
