The reason Gainsight is an employer of choice is because it has 3 main ingredients that everyone is looking for in a company. The first is Leadership, one of the most engaged and human first individuals that you can talk to about anything. The way they pull back the curtain and share with the wider organization exactly what is on the horizon is refreshing to see. Is not everyday you can slack your CEO and start a chat about the latest Ted Lasso episode and debrief...LOL. Second is Culture, an environment that encourages the sharing of ideas with no judgement. The chemistry with all team members is genuine and authentic. As a person of color myself, I embrace the many programs that they promote that touches on diversity and inclusion. It promotes relationships that allow for you to work at the highest levels and push the limits of what we can offer the organization to keep it pushing forward. Lastly Brand, we are the top dog in the CS industry for a reason. Our product is the leader in the space and it showcases all the innovations that are allowing a lot of companies to succeed. Cons
Respectfully for my line of business, I believe there are missed opportunities to cross collaborate the right partners. This is no knock on other teams because I believe the excitement to move on a project is encouraging. Although moving so quick sometimes allows for the right connections to happen.
