      Human First Company - They Prove It

      Pros

      Gainsight practices what they preach when they say human first. From monthly recharge days to anniversary gifts, they take care of their employees. Executives are transparent on company direction and goals.

      Cons

      Partly due to the current market, there have been several personnel changes which causes uncertainty and instability across teams.

      - CEO has empathy and seems to care about the employees - In good times the company is great to work at - Extra day off every month - Colleagues are great

      Cons

      - No salary increase since starting at this company - Sentiment is really low at the moment, colleagues are close to burn out since there are no new hires. - Decision-making takes very long, implementing new processes has to be approved by so many different managers. Also too many managers for the amount of people working there.
