      Pros

      Truly a human 1st company. Gainsight is practicing what they preach when it comes to putting their people 1st. They care about career development and exposure to different aspects of the business if you should so choose to want to explore other areas.

      Cons

      Right now the only con is the inability to meet others face to face. Hoping that changes soon to encourage more collaboration cross functionally.

      Pros

      I work with awesome people. Everyone is very helpful and, if they don't know an answer, they help find someone who does. My manager is very supportive and our exec team is passionate and has a clear vision.

      Cons

      Cost of living has increased 20-30%+ in the last two years and our pay has not changed. No 401(K) match is a bummer too. New benefit programs get introduced and while they're *nice* they don't solve the underlying issue.

      Everyone’s always trying to help. Great human first culture. Open to suggestions on improvement/new ideas where possible. Fostering team engagement and new initiatives to maintain team engagement.
