The building in Dallas is beautiful

Cons

The way management treats team members is belittling and cruel. Management will throw you under the bus to make themselves look good because they are scared of losing their jobs because of the IPO. Passive aggressive behavior and no one trusts each other they are out for themselves. Very cut throat. Bonus is low as is the pay. We cannot fill our open positions and so we all work long hours and are burned out.

Everyone is so kind and excited about their work at Galderma. Employees have been here for entire careers! That says so much about the company.

Cons

For a smaller Pharmaceutical company they have many benefits that line up with Big Pharma . Would be nice to acquire a few more drugs/products in the future.
