      Pros

      High quality and trustable dermatological products, well located offices, a free product monthtly, 60% of a private medical insurance per month.

      Cons

      InHuman Resources, old and obsolete managing, no career plan, with a gossip culture, nothing to learn. At first sight good benefits but at the end you must to pay a great part of the tools to work as car expenses, mobile phone to talk with clients and internet connection to handle the corporative ipad.

      Pros

      Extremely organized, clean environment, brand new facility

      Cons

      Cheap as hell. This company is owned by L'Oreal who makes oodles of money but they can't even pay their employees a decent wage for the hours that they work. The environment is very cliquey...if you don't fit the predetermined decorum, you'll be an outcast. People are constantly on burn-outs and after a while people just start to get nasty. Looks fantastic from the outside but once you're in it you just want to get out as quickly as possible.
