      No advantages for externals - Too many externals

      We can have advantages such as a lunchcard.

      Cons

      Some of the persons are employed as externals and do not have the same advantages as the internals. Example : some local IT members whose role are key, it seems inequal and not justified. The external can be dismissed too easily as well, whatever their involvement in the company.
