      Pros

      Professional, transparent, and straightforward / standard interview process. Was great to talk to the panelists to get a better understanding of the role I was interviewing for and the culture. Felt very good after the interview process that Galderma would be the place where I wanted to be... Also, HR was great to work with - very supportive and always available to answer any questions.

      Cons

      The whole interview process from applying to getting an offer still took about 2 months.

      Pros

      Overall, Galderma was a great place to work. Like many global corporations there was a lot of disfunction and disorganization. However, I enjoyed my time working there.

      Cons

      Not many to list. The sales teams are definitely the stars of the show and other roles are less valued.
